Virgie Thompson

Graveside service for Virgie Thompson age 98 of Springville, TN, will be held Sunday, Nov. 1 at 2 p.m. at Alamo Cemetery. Visitation will begin Sunday at 1 p.m. at the cemetery and go until time of service.  Virgie was survived by sons James Thompson Jr. and wife Wende, and Don Thompson and wife Melody, daughters Donna Hurst and husband  Jerry, and Linda Carter. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren twenty-eight great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband James (Mic) Thompson, son Gerald Thompson, daughter Barbara Ann Thompson, and her parents Talfie Tat Davis and Nancy Lallie Knott.
