Tammie Phelps

Tammie Taylor Phelps, 60, of Troy passed away Thursday, Oct. 1, 2020.
She is the wife of Randy Phelps and the daughter of the late Jimmy and Martha Dawson Taylor.
Memorial services will be held 11 a.m. today at Halls Funeral Home with Brother Robert Johnson officiating.
Mrs. Phelps was born in Memphis on March 9, 1960. She was a member of Hornbeak Baptist Church and retired from the Tennessee Department of Correction.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Phelps is also survived by a son, Rickey Terry of Jackson; two daughters, Julie Jones (Ed) of Halls and Emily Terry and her fiancé Robert Dennis, both of Ripley; one brother, Jeffery (Kerri) Taylor of Benton, Ky.; one sister, Kimily (Paige) Taylor of Collierville; a stepson, Jacob Jones of Drummonds; a half-brother, Jimmy Dan Taylor of Texas; 13 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Jimmy Craig Taylor.
