FULL SPEED AHEAD — UT Martin quarterback John Bachus III takes off past a Tennessee Tech player for a big gain during Saturday’s game at Cookeville. Bachus completed 16-of-22 passes for 331 yards and five touchdowns to lead the Skyhawks to a 55-14 win. For his efforts, Bachus was named the OVC offensive player and newcomer of the week and also was tabbed as the College Football Performance Awards FCS National Performer of the Week. UTM improves to 4-2 overall and 3-0 in the OVC and will host Eastern Illinois on Saturday, kickoff from Graham Stadium set for 2 p.m.
