REPRESENTING OCCHS — Six juniors from Obion County Central High School were recently selected as their school’s delegates or alternates for the prestigious annual American Legion Auxiliary Girls State and American Legion Boys State. The Girls State representatives include (from left, front) alternate Kaylee Cook and delegates Kyndall Albright and Sarah Middlebrook, while the Boys State representatives include (from left, back) alternate Will Crawford and delegates Sam Ferguson and Jacob Hudspeth. Boys State is under way this week at Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, while Girls State will be held next week at Lipscomb University in Nashville.
