Miss Chandler, Auiler to Wed

The engagement and forthcoming marriage of Laura Beth Chandler of Louisville, Ky., formerly of Dresden, to Aaron Michael Auiler of Louisville, formerly of Culleoka, are being announced today.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Harry Templeton “Tem” and Kathy Roberts Chandler of Dresden. She is the granddaughter of the late Harry and Bethel Chandler of Dresden and the late James Russell and Blanche Roberts of Sharon.
Miss Chandler is a 1997 graduate of Dresden High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in journalism from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 2001. She is working toward a master of divinity degree at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville.
The groom-elect is the son of Randall Derwin and Beverly Jean Auiler of Culleoka. He is the grandson of Derwin and Betty Auiler and Stan and Alice Lanczynski, all of Michigan.
He graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Ark., in 2005 with a bachelor of arts degree in Christian studies and a minor in Hebrew. He is working toward a master of divinity degree at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is employed by United Parcel Service.
The couple will be united in marriage at 2 p.m. May 16 at First United Methodist Church in Dresden. Music will begin at 1:30 p.m. A reception will be held in the fellowship hall immediately following the ceremony.
Family and friends are invited to attend.
