Dianne Foster
Mrs. Dianne Foster, 78, of Obion passed away Monday, Aug. 17, 2026, at Magnolia Ridge Care & Rehabilitation in Union City.
Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Melvin Poe will officiate. Burial will follow in North Union Cemetery near Kenton.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from noon until the hour of services Thursday.
Dianne was born June 3, 1948, in Booneville, Miss., daughter of the late James and MIldred (Nevels) Boggs. She married Joe Foster Nov. 1, 2011. Dianne retired from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis where she worked in admissions and served as social events coordinator. She was a 1966 graduate of Kingsbury High School in Memphis and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Union City. She enjoyed playing the piano and one of her favorite activities was watching her grandson, Connor, play baseball and going to as many of his games as possible.
She is survived by her husband, Joe Foster of Obion; her daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Kevin Erwin of Arlington; her grandson, Connor Erwin of Arlington; and her sister and brother-in-law, Marilyn and Dennis Hawkins of Bartlett.
