David Eddie Polk, 78, of Fulton died Aug. 7, 2026, at Jackson Purchase Medical Center.
Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Brooks Chapel Kingdom Harvest Church. Interment will follow in Greenlea Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church.
McPhearson-Rawls Funeral Home in South Fulton is in charge of arrangements.
