Mable Cunningham
Mrs. Mable Virginia Cunningham, age 92, of Obion passed from this earthly life on Wednesday, June 10, 2026.
Funeral service will be on June 14, 2026, at 4 p.m. at Troy Methodist Church. Visitation will be held at the church beginning at 2 p.m. until the hour of service at 4 p.m. Rev. Terry English will officiate, assisted by Jamie Parker.
Serving as pallbearers will be Layne Stover, Jerron Parker, Heath Cunningham, Wyatt Cunningham, Kane Cunningham and Bryan Hastings.
Mrs. Cunningham was born March 10, 1934, in Hornbeak the daughter of the late Beecher and Lillian Mitchell Davis. She was a bank teller for the former Bank of Elbridge and the former Bank of Troy. She was a member of Obion Chapel United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Cunningham is survived by a son, David and wife, Gay, Cunningham of Obion; three grandchildren, Dana and husband, Jamie, Parker of South Fulton, Heath Cunningham of Troy and Katey and husband, Bryan, Hastings of Obion; five great-grandchildren, Jerron Nathan Parker of South Carolina, Nathan Wyatt Cunningham of Troy, Daniel Kane Cunningham Troy, Kennedy Craig Hastings of Obion and David Layne Stover of Obion.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Nathan Wyatt Cunningham on Nov. 14, 2013; a son, Danny Cunningham; and a great-granddaughter, Emily Parker.
The family request memorials be made to Obion Chapel United Methodist Church, Shirley Orr, 2674 Orr Road, Hornbeak, TN 38232.
