Jennifer Davis
Mrs. Jennifer Lynn Davis, age 59, of Kenton peacefully passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2026, at home.
Funeral services for Mrs. Davis were conducted today, April 29, 2026, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Salem Methodist Church, with Bro. Jonathan Wheeler and Bro. Aaron Collins officiating. Interment followed in Macedonia Cemetery in Kenton.
Jennifer was born May 7, 1966, in Union City and was the daughter of the late Leonard and Pam Chamberland Gunnels. She retired from the Fulton County School System with 11 years of service, serving as CFO. Jennifer was a member of Salem Methodist Church in Rutherford.
Mrs. Davis is survived by her husband, Doug Davis; three children, Nancy Chism (James), Samantha Davis (Estefany Quezada) and Troy Davis (Skylar); and her sister, Leigh Ann Gunnels.
Pallbearers were Jonathan Hime, Leonard Smith, Dale Jackson, Rodney Mitchell, Dickie Jacobs and Brent Croom.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
Visitation was held Tuesday, April 28, 2026, from 5-8 p.m., at the Kenton chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home. Karnes & Son Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Jennifer Lynn Davis.
