Elaine Frances Rose, 79, of Hornbeak passed away 11:15 p.m. Sunday, April 26, 2026, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City.
Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, May 1, 2026, at Samburg Assembly of God. Ken Hogg will officiate. Burial will follow in Lake Memorial Gardens near Tiptonville.
Visitation will be held at Samburg Assembly of God from 11 a.m. until the hour of services Friday, May 1, 2026.
Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Elaine was born June 16, 1946, in Tiptonville, daughter of the late Francis “Figi” Neis and Ethel (Gray) Neis. She married Jimmy Rose Jan. 20, 1968. Elaine was a homemaker and a member of Samburg Assembly of God.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Jimmy Rose of Hornbeak; two sons, Brian Rose and wife, Teresa, and Michael Rose, all of Hornbeak; one sister, Joanne Montgomery and husband, Teddy, of Troy; two granddaughters, Morgan Orr and husband, Stevie, of Dresden and Mitzi Rose of Alamo; and one great-grandson, Gibson Orr of Dresden.
