Cloyd Ash

Mr. Cloyd Dee Ash, 82, of Union City passed away 12:30 p.m. Friday, April 17, 2026, at Obion County Nursing Home.
Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Charles Southerland will officiate.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 9 a.m. until the hour of services Thursday.
Cloyd was born Feb. 26, 1944, in Chicago, Ill., son of the late Jim and Jessie June (Ash) Puckett. He is married to Hilda Lee (Forrester) Ash. She survives. He worked for the former Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company for 34 years and was a singer in the Blood Washed Quartet. Cloyd was a member of Walnut Log Baptist Church.
He is also survived by three daughters, Tracy Denton of Union City, Linda Ash of Memphis and Lisa Sanderson of Memphis; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and one brother, Russell Puckett (Marie) of Jackson.
He was also preceded in death by one daughter, Stacey Renea Ash; one son, Darren Keith Cates; two sisters; and three brothers.
