Richard Goodsell
Richard Paul Goodsell, 48, of Union City passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2026, as the result of an automobile accident near Samburg.
There will be a memorial service held at a later date.
Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.
Richard was born June 15, 1977, in Coldwater, Mich., son of the late Edmond Richard Goodsell Sr. and Linda Kay (Sroufe) Goodsell. He was employed in receiving at Williams Sausage/Tyson Foods. Richard enjoyed doing outside construction projects.
He is survived by his sister, Tonya Goodsell of Union City; three special children, Cody Ivy of Kenton, Christine Harrison of Hornbeak and Jerry Glenn Harrison; his girlfriend, Mary Beth Watts of Union City; his grandfather, Edward Rose; two nieces, Summer Madding and Laree Madding, both of Union City; one great-nephew, Hunter Madding of Union City; his aunt and uncles, Barbara and Allen Sheppard of Union City and Kenneth Rose; and his great-aunt, Evelyn Spratt of Union City.
