VETERANS HONORED — Baptist Hospice-Union City account executive Brianne Williams (right) placed a Vietnam Veteran lapel pin on the vest of Charles Moran of Union City during a Baptist Hospice-sponsored Vietnam Veterans Day program at Jones-Walker Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4862 on Friday. He not only was the oldest veteran who attended the event, at age 83, but he also served the farthest away from Obion County during his service, having spent time in Australia.
