Charles Scheland

Charles Thomas Scheland, 73, a resident of Paris, died February 18, 2026, at Patriot Health Care Nursing and Rehab Center in Paris.

White-Ranson Funeral Home is in charge of cremation services.

Mr. Scheland was born on October 30, 1952, in Detroit, Mich., to the late Charles Henry and Clara Patricia (Luker) Scheland.

He worked for Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. He married Rene (Jones) Scheland. She preceded him in death.

He is survived by two sons, Charles “Eddie” Edward Scheland Sr. and Jamie Scheland Jr.; several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; two sisters, Kathy Hicks and Marilyn Baggett; and several nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Alece Paugh and Robin Scheland.
