Mike McGee

Mr. Michael Gaylen “Mike” McGee, 69, of Obion passed away 9 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 4, 2025, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City.
Funeral services will be conducted at noon Monday at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery in Obion. Brother Chip Davis will officiate.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the hour of services Monday.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
Mike was born Aug. 11, 1956, in Union City, son of the late Odis Gaylen McGee and Sandra Sue (Parish) Knouse. He married Naomi Gail (Bing) McGee on Nov. 8, 1974. She survives. He worked for Allen Searcy Builder-Contractor as a carpenter for 30 years. Michael served in the Army National Guard for 13 years and was of the Baptist faith.
He is also survived by two sons, Michael McGee Jr. (Heather) of Oakland and Timothy McGee (Gina) of South Haven, Miss.; 10 grandchildren, Ethan McGee (Kaitlyn), Woodson Andrews (Taylor), Hannah Norton (Austin), Jacob McGee, Garret McGee, Brody McGee, Keegan Clemons, Kurtson Clemons, Kurtson Clemons and Brody Clemons; four great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Kenneth McGee (Glenda) of Chattanooga and Terry McGee (Janet) of Troy.
He was also preceded in death by one sister, Gayle Tison; and one brother, Vernon McGee.
