Debra Storm
Debra Marie Storm, 66, of Union City passed away Thursday, Sept. 25, 2025, at her home.
Funeral services were conducted 2 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. David Ursery officiated. Burial followed in Terrace Hill Cemetery near Troy.
Visitation was held at the funeral home from noon until the hour of services Sunday.
Pallbearers were Manuel Mendez, Ivan Mendez, Dwight Mendez, Joseph Mosley, Moe Mendez and Ethan Blakley.
Honorary pallbearers were Daniel Craig, Roy Bevis and Ivy Minnick.
Debra was born Dec. 13, 1958, in Chicago, Ill., daughter of the late Limuel and Emmar Lee (Todd) Pickard. She was the widow of Jimmy Joe Storm, who preceded her in death Jan. 25, 2006. Debra was a retired bartender and a former member of the Mid South Riders for several years.
She is survived by two daughters, Dawn Ward and D.J. Mendez (Manuel), all of Union City; one son, Raymond Ward of Union City; four grandchildren, Michael Mosley, Joseph Mosley, Ivan Mendez and Jazman Mendez, all of Union City; one great-grandson, Jace Mosley of Dresden; one sister, Betty Hale of Tiptonville; one aunt, Omie Gargus of Troy; and two sisters-in-law, Paula Pickard of Obion and Susan Pickard of Obion.
She was also preceded in death by one sister, Gail Butler; and three brothers, William Lee Pickard, Donnie Frank Pickard and Jerry Franklin Pickard.
