Frank Norris
Benjamin Franklin “Frank” Norris Jr., 70, of the Shawtown community passed away Saturday, Sept. 13, 2025, at his home.
Memorial services will be conducted 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 19, 2025, in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Pastor Robin Rotgers will officiate.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 3 p.m. until the hour of services Friday.
Frank was born Jan. 6, 1955, in Tennessee, son of the late Benjamin Franklin Norris Sr. and the late Hellen Marie (Heaton) Norris. He married Gail (Carder) Norris March 23, 1974. Frank had been employed at the former Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and was the owner and operator of Professional Satellite Sales & Installation. He was a member of Greater Vision Church in Troy and a former member of Christian Motorcycle Association.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Gail Norris of the Shawtown community; two daughters, Dawn Taylor (Danny) and Christina Morris (Johnny), all of the Shawtown community; two brothers, Fred Norris (Rhonda) of Hobart, Ind., and Timothy Norris (Linda) of Urichsville, Ohio; six grandchildren, Justin Wilcox (Nicole) of Union City, Hannah Taylor of the Shawtown community, James Wilcox of Myrtle, Miss., Madelynn Massey (Jeremy) of Union City, Lillian Virden (Austin) of Troy and Benjamin John Barrett of Paducah, Ky.; and five great-grandchildren, Katherine Wilcox, Melody Wilcox and Lucas Massey, all of Union City, Lydia Virden of Troy and Addie Wilcox of Myrtle, Miss.
He was also preceded in death by one sister, Cheryl Norris; and one brother, Chester Norris.
