Donnie Hodges

Donnie Joe Hodges, age 64, of Union City passed away peacefully on Sept. 3, 2025, at his residence.
He was born on July 29, 1961, to the late Joyce Ann Myers. Donnie attended Fulton County School and dedicated many years of his life working for the former Excel Manufacturing in Fulton.
A devoted fan of the Pittsburg Steelers, Donnie held a special place in his heart for his boys. His love for them knew no bounds.
Donnie is survived by his beloved wife, Melissa Hodges of Union City; his son, Bradley (Chasity) Hodges of Dresden; his precious granddaughter, Madison Hodges of Union City; his two grandsons, Izalin and Elias Hodges of Dresden; his mother-in-law, Virginia Cole of Union City; his two sisters-in-law, Lori (Chad) Turnbow of Union City and Sherry (Kevin) Maben of Ripley; and his brother-in-law, Kelly (April) Cole of Water Valley, Ky., as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his mother, Donnie was preceded in death by one son, Brandon Hodges; and one brother, Ronnie Hodges; and one grandmother and grandfather, Darnell and Neda Mae Myers.
Donnie Hodges will be remembered with love and cherished for the impact he had on those around him. May he rest in peace.
Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 6, 2025. Visitation will be held at noon at the Faith and Deliverance Church in South Fulton, with Pastor Gertrude Cary officiating. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery, for immediate family only.
