CLAIMS TITLE

CLAIMS TITLE — Khloe Grace James (second from left) of Obion claimed the title of Obion County Fairest of the Fair Saturday. The Union City High School graduate and Tennessee College of Applied Technology student is the 18-year-old daughter of Ben and Nikki Hardin. Her court includes first maid Ella Morgan Paschall (left), 17, of Hornbeak, daughter of Jeff and Mandy Paschall and a student at Penn Foster; second maid Addison Claire Staggs (third from left), 16, of Union City, daughter of Nick and Stephanie Staggs and a student at Obion County Central High School; and third maid Addison Grace Kitchen, 18, of Union City, daughter of Renee and Steve Kitchen and a student at Northwestern University. Miss Kitchen is also a UCHS graduate.
