Betty Blakely
Mrs. Betty Lou Blakely, 69, a resident of Hornbeak, died July 22, 2025, at TriStar Centennial Medical Center.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 26, 2025, at White-Ranson Funeral Home. Rev. Vann Kissell will be officiating.
The family will receive friends from 9-11 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Blakely was born on July 15, 1956, in Glen Carbon, Ill., to the late Charles Lee Holt and Ida Lou (Riddle) Williams. She worked as a Bus Driver for the Obion County School System for 24 years.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you are generous with your time. Take someone to coffee, lunch or just visit and invest in someone the way she did with so many.
She is survived by two daughters, Kelly (Brian) Buck of Medina and Shelly (Brent) Hutson of Celina, Texas; grandchildren, Halle Hutson, Nate Buck, Jenna Buck, Jon David Buck and Rachel Hutson; brother, Gary (Kaylene) Holt of South Fulton; and two sisters, Sherry (Harold Burton) Hopper of Hornbeak and Christy Pentergrast of Nashville.
She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Libby Terry and Jan Butler; and her nephew, Mark Butler Jr.
