Isaiah Timothy Horton, 17, of Union City died June 15, 2025, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday at Brown Chapel AME Church.
Visitation will begin at noon on Saturday at the church.
