Bob Lancaster
Bobby Joseph “Bob” Lancaster, age 74, of Mayfield, Ky., passed away Thursday, May 22, 2025, at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, Ky.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with Bro. Melvin Poe officiating. Burial will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens. There will be no visitation.
Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
Mr. Lancaster was born in Chicago, Ill., on May 1, 1951, to the late William Rudolph Lancaster and the late Dovie Elizabeth Tosh Lancaster. He married Mrs. Diane Hudspeth Lancaster on Dec. 29, 2003. He was an Engineer for the TVA for many years in East Tennessee. He loved following all the sports and cheering on the University of Tennessee.
He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Diane Lancaster of Mayfield; his son and daughter-in-law, Joseph and Courtney Lancaster of Powell; his daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth and Mike Davis of Trussville, Ala.; his four grandchildren, Carter Lancaster, Camden Lancaster, Chase Davis and Landri Davis; and his brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Betty Lancaster of Somerville, Ala.
