SPECIAL SMILES — Union City Kiwanis Club member Dr. Selena Dozier pinned a ribbon on Obion County Special Olympics participant Ray Goodloe’s shirt during the games Saturday morning at War Memorial Stadium on the campus of Union City High School. The event for adults with special needs drew a number of participants who competed in track and field type events such as javelin throw, softball throw and standing long jump. The Kiwanis Club sponsors the games each year.
