DIRT WORK — Carson Dinning of Martin, a member of the Tennessee Army National Guard’s 913th Engineer Company, consulted with Obion County Fair board member Justin McMaster (left) and advisory board member Chase Lyle, both of Union City, about dirt work being done at the outdoor arena at the Obion County Fairgrounds. Unit members also worked over the weekend to fill low spots on the fairgrounds.
