LeAnn Bracewell
Mrs. Martha LeAnn Bracewell, 50, of Paducah, Ky., went home to be with the Lord 2:50 p.m. Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah. She was a former resident of Union City.
Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Matt Hoffman and Pastor Mark Delaney will officiate. Burial will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from noon until the hour of services Sunday.
Pallbearers will be Aaron Roach, Charles Roach, Nick Tangredi, Jerry Bracewell, Tim Bracewell and Bobby Joe Smith.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
LeAnn was born July 15, 1974, in Tiptonville, daughter of Darrell Hoffman (Carla) of Union City and the late Susan Gail (Morris) Swindle. She married Terry Bracewell Nov. 11, 2017. He survives. She was a case worker for child services and was a member of Church 419 in Paducah, where she sang in the choir. LeAnn loved working with kids and loving on her granddaughter.
She is also survived by two sons, Christian Roach (Crystal) and Austin Roach, all of Paducah; one granddaughter, Rowan Roach; two sisters, Kim Hoffman and Jennifer Hoffman, both of Troy; two brothers, Trent Johnson of Paducah and Matt Hoffman (Connie) of Union City; and several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by one niece, Daryl Nicole Dunn; one great-niece, MaKenna Adcock; and grandparents, Chester and Bonnie Hoffman and Wendell and Mozelle Morris.
