Patsy Turnbow
Patsy Sue (Pearson) Turnbow, 93, went to be with her Heavenly Father on April 1, 2025, in Union City.
She was born in Fulton on Dec. 15, 1931, to the late Thomas Pearson and Rose (Provow) Pearson. She was married to James Turnbow in Hickman, Ky.; and had three children, Tommy Turnbow of Jackson, Vickie Turnbow (Bob) Parks of Winchester and Chad (Lori) Turnbow of Union City.
She was blessed with eight grandchildren, Amy Turnbow (Kyle) Crowe, Derrick Turnbow, Ashley Turnbow Stephens, Scott Parks, Cory (Audra) Parks, Eric Turnbow, Christopher (Brittney) Turnbow and Stephanie Turnbow; 17 great-grandchildren, Katy Beth Crowe, Beckett Turnbow, Grayson Turnbow, Hannah Henkel (Wesley) Thompson, Haley Henkel, Michal Stephens, Eli Stephens, Sophie Parks, Kaitlyn Webb, Landon Turnbow, Chandler Turnbow, Nick Turnbow, Kylie Turnbow, Khloe Turnbow, Anniston Turnbow, Isaiah Turnbow and Maniyah Busby; and two great-great-grandchildren, Hulin Thompson and Lyrical Webb.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 year and her parents.
Patsy loved her Heavenly Father, her family and her hats! James and Patsy ran a successful grocery business in Hickman for many years and touched many lives there. She never met a stranger and was always in a talkative mood.
Pallbearers will be Derrick Turnbow, Scott Parks, Eric Turnbow, Cory Parks, Christopher Turnbow and Stephanie Turnbow. Honorary pallbearer will be John Kirk.
Funeral services for Patsy Sue (Pearson) Turnbow will be held at West Hickman Baptist Church in Hickman on April 3, 2025, at 1 p.m., with Bro. Jason Sipes officiating. Burial will follow at Hickman City Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church from 11 a.m. until the hour of service.
