Willie Edwards
Willie Frank Edwards, age 92, of Union City passed away Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2024, at AHC VanAyer in Martin.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 30, 2024, in Crockett Mills Christian Church Cemetery in Crocket Mills, with Bro. Tony Keeton officiating.
Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.
White-Ranson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Edwards was born in Maury City on July 19, 1932, to the late Willie Edmond Edwards and the late Nettie Lucille Harper Edwards. He served his country with honor in the Navy for 20 and a half years. He retired from Caterpillar and was a member of Alamo First Christian Church.
He is survived by his sister, Nancy Stephenson of Martin; his niece, Cheryl Ross of Martin; and two great-nephews, Cayce and Cooper Ross.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Joyce Burk; and one brother, Jimmy Edwards.
