— Mason Hall resident Justin Lowrance (from left) spoke with Jonathan Rocha of Memphis and Logan Avila-Burns of Clarksville last week after arriving back in Union City following a month-long deployment to East Tennessee for hurricane relief. All three men are E-4 specialists and were among 22 members of the Tennessee Army National Guard’s Union City-based 913th Engineer Company who volunteered for the mission.
