HALLOWEEN CARNIVAL — Mark Porter (left) and Troy Porter have been making improvements to carnival games — including this Frankenstein Beanbag Toss — and creating other games and attractions for their family-friendly Halloween carnival event planned from 6-9 p.m. Oct. 31 at 911 Exchange St. in Union City. Troy Porter invites all to attend their free event.
