Edward Fulcher

Edward Russell Fulcher, age 76, of Troy passed away Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2024, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City.
Funeral services were 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, 2024, at Greater Vision Church, with Bro. William Matheny officiating assisted by Pastor Robin Rotgers. Burial followed in Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Visitation was Saturday from 9 a.m. until the hour of service at the church.
Family and friends served as pallbearers.
White-Ranson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Fulcher was born in Gleason on Jan. 29, 1948, to the late Bennie Fulcher and the late Helen Haney Fulcher. He was married for 58 years to Mrs. Linda Northam Fulcher.
Mr. Fulcher was an Air Force Veteran and fought in the Vietnam War. He worked for Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. for many years and was a member of Greater Vision Church in Troy.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Northam Fulcher of Troy; two daughters, Tonya Thomason and her husband, Kevin, of Troy and Melinda Gaye Carr and her husband, Tim, of Caruthersville, Mo.; four grandchildren, Anna Ravesloot, Isaac Thomason and Ryan and Ethan Carr; three great-grandchildren, Aubrey, Paylin and Nash Ravesloot; his sister, Dorothy Harper and her husband, Junior; and his brother, Franklin Fulcher.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandchild, Taylor Renee Thomason; and one sister, Frances Owens.
