Cole Purcell

Harrison Cole Purcell, age 2, of Union City passed away Monday, June 17, 2024, at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Ky.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 20, at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with Bro. Shawn White officiating. Burial will follow in East View Cemetery.
Visitation will be Thursday beginning at 11 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
Cole was born in Paducah, Ky., on April 19, 2022, to Nicole Laster Purcell and Nathaniel Purcell.
Cole was a giggly, fun-loving ray of sunshine. He looked up to his older brothers and his favorite place was snuggling in the arms of his mommy. He avidly loved visits with his Haha, Mimi, Grass, Papa and family. His play time was spent snacking while watching Ms. Rachel and playing Hot Wheels with his siblings.
In addition to his parents, Cole is survived by two brothers, Keaton and Karson Purcell; his half-brother, Barrett Purcell; maternal grandparents, Heather Lansaw of Union City and Michael Laster (Jessica) of Martin; paternal grandparents, Marcie and Jamie Purcell of Bardwell, Ky.; his bonus parents, Michael Crews II and Courtney Amacher; his great-grandparents, Grace Russom and Harris and Linda Purcell; and five aunts, Destite Gore (Jonathan), Rebecca Grace Laster, Katherine Arant (Mason), Gloriana Purcell and Breanna Purcell.
Cole was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Jimmy Whitby and Jan Kennedy.
