Evelyn Moore
Mrs. Evelyn Moore, a resident of Union City, died June 4, 2024, at the Magnolia Place.
The family received friends from 10 a.m. until noon on Friday, June 7, 2024, at White-Ranson Funeral Home.
Graveside services were held at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, June 7, 2024 at Obion County Memorial Gardens. Her grandson Wes Moore officiated.
Pallbearers were Jim Eakes, David Moore, Terry Hailey, Bentley Beard, Kooper Newton, Zeke Hall and Randy Ursery.
Mrs. Moore was born in Obion County to the late Avery and Dora (Hepler) Pugh.
She worked as a Legal Secretary for the former Burcham and Fox. On Oct. 25, 1942, she married Howard R. Moore. He preceded her in death on March 18, 1969. She was a member of First Methodist Church in Union City.
The family requests memorials be sent to the Ashley Brooks Memorial Rodeo Scholarship Fund at 1138 North Germantown Pkwy., Suite 101-139, Cordova, TN 38016.
She is survived by two sons, Mark Moore and wife, Betty, of Union City and Kevin Moore and wife, Candy, of Clarksville; three granddaughters, Angie Rey-nolds, Shannon Eakes and Katie Austin; two grandsons, Wes Moore and David Moore; 12 great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her son, Jimmy Moore; infant daughter, Judith Ann Moore; brother, Bill Pugh; grandson, Jay Moore; and great-granddaughter, Ashley Brooks.
