Rabon Weatherly
Rabon Lee Weatherly, 67, a resident of Union City, died May 16, 2024, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City.
Graveside services were held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, May 19, 2024, at East View Cemetery. The Rev. Tony Smith officiated.
Pallbearers were Robert Clemmons, Chucky Darnell, Kirk Snead, Kyle Ross, Stevie Moran, Adam Griffin and Michael Atkins.
Honorary pallbearers were Kenny Crews, Red Reese, Randy Dotson, Hank Riley and Russell Hilton.
The family received friends from 1-3 p.m. on Sunday, May 19, 2024, at White-Ranson Funeral Home.
Mr. Weatherly was born on July 20, 1956, in Union City to the late Rabon Jack “Pete” and Phyllis Marie (Sampson) Weatherly. He worked as a Journeyman Lineman for the former Union City Electric System. On May 31, 1981, he married Pam Crews. She survives. He was a Christian, and a member of the Troy Western Son Lodge #88 of Free & Accepted Masons.

Mr. Weatherly is also survived by two sons, Jake Weatherly and wife, Molly, of Halls and John Weatherly and Morgan Adkins, both of Munford; two grandchildren, Madalynn Weatherly and Jackie Rabon “JR” Weatherly, both of Halls; two sisters, Glenda Taylor of Obion and Lisa Morris of Troy; and several nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by his niece, Amanda Taylor.
