HELPING WOMEN RECOVER — LeEllen Smith (center) was recently joined by Lisa Salazar (left) and Kayla Wilson in readying the travel gear they make and have on display for sale at OUTsideIN in Troy. Mrs. Smith, founder of the social enterprise, has announced she is expanding her effort to help marginalized women by opening recovery housing in the home where she and husband, Jimmy, raised their children. A fundraising effort is currently under way. Money donated and pledged through May 8 will be matched by the Latimer Foundation.
