SEEKING CLOSURE
SEEKING CLOSURE — Obion County Sheriff’s Office patrol Lt. Joe Key (far right) used a map one week ago during a Feb. 7 press conference to show the massive area that had been searched in recent days in efforts to recover the body of missing 62-year-old Charles Baldridge Jr. of Troy, who had been reported missing Jan. 9. He was joined by (background, from left) Baldridge’s mother, Georgia Baldridge of Troy; and his sister, Robin (Baldridge) Todd, and nephew, Corey Todd, both of Church Hill in East Tennessee. Still vigilant in efforts to bring the family some measure of closure, sheriff’s deputies recovered Baldridge’s body the next day — about 11:55 a.m. last Thursday — from Hoosier Creek, just south of Rives.
