Billie Louise Shofner Ragsdale, 89, of Murfreesboro, formerly of Union City, died Sept. 30, 2023.
Visitation will be 2 p.m. Sunday at First Baptist Church in Union City. A Celebration of Life service will follow at 3, with graveside services at East View Cemetery.
