Jeremy Jimenez was perfect on six point-after kicks.
Central head coach Justin Palmer turned it over to his reserves for the second half, Logan Thompson completing all five of his passes for 40 yards.
The Rebels put up 364 yards of total offense in the shortened game while limiting the Wildcats to just 67 total yards.
The win for OC stopped a three-game losing skid and put OC at 5-3 overall and 1-2 in Region 7-4A heading into the off week.
Central will come back from the break with two games remaining in the regular season, including its final league game against Dyer County on Oct. 20.
