GOING BIGGER — Union City High School graduate Toney Little of Paducah, Ky., once practiced as a street artist on scrap doors and other things he could find. Now, he is getting paid with funds raised during the Run the Rails event to paint a mural in downtown Union City. It is his largest mural to date.
