STATE VISITOR — Obion County Mayor Steve Carr (right) welcomed Tennessee tourism commissioner Mark Ezell to the county on Thursday. Ezell was here to see the three-year plan Chandlerthinks had prepared for tourism growth in Obion County and to recommend the hiring of a tourism director.
