Patricia “T.C.” Ellen Rhoades Brown, age 59, of Troy passed away Sunday, March 12, 2023 at her home.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, March 16, 2023, at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with Bro. Melvin Poe officiating. Burial will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will begin Thursday at noon and run until the time of service.
Jamie Grady, Lenny Burton, Wanda Lew, Allen Scott, Lisa Warren and Tyler Grady will serve as pallbearers.
T.C. was born in Union City on March 14, 1963, to the late George Lee Rhoades and the late Geraldine Barner Rhoades. She worked at Wal-Mart.
She is survived by her son, Joseph Babb and his wife, Chenda Porter, of Union City; her sister, Judy Correa and her husband, Gabe, of Union City; three brothers, David Rhoades and his wife, Nancy, Kenneth Rhoades and his wife, Vickie, and Michael Rhoades and his wife, Kim, all of Union City; three grandchildren, Zane, Zoey and Zackary Babb; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Amanda Rhoades; her grandparents, Sherma and William Rhoades; and her nephew, Matthew Rhoades.
