Mrs. Elaine Barham Reddin, age 81, of Rives passed away Thursday, Jan. 26, 2023, at her home.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. today, Feb. 1, 2023, at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with Bro. Melvin Poe officiating. Burial will follow in East View Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 10 a.m. Wednesday until the time of service.
Pallbearers will be Brian Flowers, Will Morrow, Joe Morrow, Orren Ogg, Steven Permenter and Keith Dooley.
Mrs. Reddin was born on May 29, 1941, to the late Shelley Barham and the late Ola Mae Burkhead Barham. She married Hollis Emmette Reddin on Jan. 18, 1958. He preceded her in death on Nov. 18, 2020. She was a homemaker.
Elaine is survived by two sons, Ray Reddin and his wife, Mary, of Rives and Steve Reddin of Union City; one daughter, Lori Morrow and her husband, Joe, of Rives; nine grandchildren, Becky Reddin of Hendersonville, Bryan Campbell and Brandy Spendlove, both of Martin, Nicci Flowers of Dyersburg, Allison Montgomery of Rives, Savannah Reddin of Union City, Meagan Permenter of Martin, Brooke Ogg of Dresden and Will Morrow of Martin; nine great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild on the way; one sister, Sheilah Cobb of Rives; and one brother, Rickey Barham of Dyersburg.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Reddin was preceded in death by one daughter, Janice Reasons; and four brothers, Elvis, Jerry, Charlie and Stoye Barham.
