Bruce Davidson

Bruce Erwin Davidson, age 85, of Kenton passed away from this life on Thursday, Jan. 19, 2023, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
Funeral services for Mr. Davidson were conducted on Sunday, Jan. 22, 2023, at 4 p.m. in the chapel of Kenton Church of God, with Bro. Dennis Cleek officiating. Interment followed in Sunnyside Cemetery.
Karnes & Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
He was born Feb. 6, 1937, in Latham, the son of the late Z.A. and Helen (Alderdice) Davidson. He retired from Goodyear as a Copoint Prepper and was a member of Kenton Church of God.
He is survived by two children, Penny Petty (Billy) and Jimmy Davidson (Nena); four grandchildren, Nikki Dunn (Brandon), Brooke Crowell (Jason), Gordon Davidson (Brittney and girls, Piper and Zana) and Hannah Ramirez (Paul); and great-grandchildren, Calliane Dunn, Brylee Galloway, Chandler Galloway, Hudson Dunn, Grayson Ramirez, Case Ramirez, Katlyn Farmer and Tinley Farmer.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Virginia Davidson; and his parents.
The family received friends from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 22, 2023, in the chapel of Kenton Church of God.
