James Rogers “Bubby” Smith, 94, of Hornbeak died Jan. 14, 2023 at his home.
A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, with visitation at White-Mahon Funeral Home in Troy from noon to 3 p.m. A graveside service will follow at Terrace Hill Cemetery shortly after 3 p.m.
