Jamie Moore Bennett, 41, of Fulton died Dec. 13, 2022, at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, Ky.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday at Hornbeak Funeral Home. Visitation will be held at the funeral from 1 p.m. until the hour of services Monday.
