GARDEN GREETING — Hannah Clark portrays Eve in the first scene from Pleasant Hill Baptist Church’s Bible Journey, which will open Sunday and run through Oct. 27 at the church’s facilities at 688 Sublett Road, Union City, located in the Pleasant Hill community near Rives. Bible Journey is back for the first time since 2019. The live action journey of God’s love and promises will take guests through 14 biblical scenes, where children ages 12 and younger will receive candy and other treats to help them remember the stories they hear in a 30-minute guided tour. It will be presented Sunday, Monday and Oct. 25 from 6-8:30 p.m.; Oct. 26 from 5:30-8:30 p.m.; and Oct. 27 from 6-8:30 p.m. Admission is free, but donations are welcome, and concessions will be available. Walk-ins are welcome, but larger groups are urged to make reservations by calling the church office at 731-536-5596.
