Elgie Flowers
Services for Elgie Flowers age 93, of Greenfield, TN, will be held Sunday September 18th at 2 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Greenfield. Burial to follow in Hornbeak Cemetery in Greenfield. Visitation will begin Saturday going from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Visitation will resume Sunday morning at 11 a.m. and go until time of service. Mr. Flowers is survived by his wife Audrey Flowers of Greenfield, son Gary Flowers of Greenfield, daughters Donna Flowers of Murfreesboro, and Karen Schwahn of Bradford, and their mother Barbara Taylor. He also leaves behind seven grandchildren Staci Thum, Amanda Seymore, Jason Seymore, Laura Koonce, Joey Flowers, Kristen DeMeyere, and Kelsie Clark, along with twelve great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Lon Flowers and Mary Ward Flowers, along with sisters, Effie Browning, Bertie Thompson, Beatrice Flowers Wheeler, and Frances Reeves; brothers Luther, Walter, Ed, Jim, and Raymond Flowers.
