Rosetta Jones

Rosetta Marie Davis Jones was born January 13, 1949 in Westervelt, IL to the late Floyd Earl Davis and Katherina Arthur Davis. She married Ruel W. Jones, Jr. on November 1, 1965 until his death October 16, 2010. They had 5 children, Lonnie (Renee) Jones, Timothy (Lisa) Janes, Tammy (Terry) Gross, David (Gina) Janes, and Nora (Kenneth) Demoss, Jr. She was a grandmother to 17 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She was a sister of 6 Riley (Ann) Davis, Samuel Davis, Floyd Earl Davis, Jr. , Patricia (Frank) Silsorski, Robert Davis, Barb Janes, and Thomas Davis. She has many nieces and nephews. She is preceeded in death by her in laws Ruel, Sr. and Ovealn and two brothers Riley and Floyd, Jr. Rosetta was raised in a good Christian home. She believed in her God and raised her children to do the same. She loved doing crafts like quilting and painting. She loved to sing and cook. The most important thing to her was her family, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. They were everything to her. A memorial will be announced at a later time.
