Winnie Sims

Services for Winnie Sims age 97 of Sharon, TN, will be held Friday May 6th at 11 a.m. at the Church of Christ in Sharon, TN. Burial to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in Sharon. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. at the church and go until time of service. Winnie is survived by son David (Donna) Sims, grandson Samuel Sims, granddaughter Bonnie (David) Roberts, all of Sharon, granddaughter Sandra (Phillip) Vallee, grandsons Billy and Bobby Sims, and granddaughter Lea Ann (Phil) Crowe, all of Martin, TN and granddaughter Amy Frankum of Union City, TN. He also leaves behind 10 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents George and Susie Poynter, husband Doyle Sims, son Larry Sims, and siblings; Sally Bynum, Ruth Horn, Georgie Lee Tucker, Elsie Pate, Pauline Melling, Louise Pryzgoda, Mary Alice Poynter, Earl Poynter, William Poynter, and Walter Poynter.
