Charlotte Hooper

Charlotte Ann Hooper, 80, of Obion died Thursday, April 7, 2022, at The Waters in Union City.
Funeral services were held 1 p.m. on Sunday, April 10, at Cryer Funeral Home.
Burial followed in the Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Hank Gray officiated.
Pallbearers were Hank Gray, Bradley Gray, Stan Allen, Eric Allen, Ross Hooper and Ryan Hooper.
Grady Allen served as honorary pallbearer.
Mrs. Hooper was born March 28, 1942, in Dyersburg, the daughter of the late McKinley and Maudell (Smith) Holloway. She was an OB nurse at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City and a member of the former Glass Church of Christ.
She is survived by her husband, Stanley Hooper Jr. of Obion; a son, Stanley Dale Hooper of McKenzie; two daughters, Susan Allen of Troy and Amy Carrell of Newbern; a half brother, Sam Holloway of Obion; a half sister, Kay Fluty of Obion; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
