Tamra Smith Harper, 55, of Union City died Jan. 31, 2022, at Select Specialty Hospital in Nashville.
Services were held 1 p.m. Monday at Brooks Chapel Kingdom Harvest. Interment followed in Eastview Cemetery.
Visitation began at 11 a.m. on Monday at the church.
Rawls Funeral Home in Union City was in charge of arrangements.
